Tuyen Tran Dinh ("we", "our", or "us") built the Scratch King app (the "App") as a free, ad-supported application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.

3. How We Use Information

• Display advertisements within the App

4. Data Storage

All game progress data (coins, level, achievements) is stored locally on your device. We do not store your game data on any server. If you delete the App, your game progress will be permanently lost.

5. Advertising and App Tracking Transparency

The App displays ads to support free access. On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before collecting your IDFA for personalized advertising. You may choose to allow or deny tracking. If you deny tracking, you will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.

The App is not intended for children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain any personal data on our servers. Third-party services may retain data according to their own privacy policies.
